I don't think your dispatch service is very good. The phone rang and rang and rang and rang and when the woman finally answered she instantly put me on hold. After almost five minutes she came back and started getting information and had to ask everything three to four times cause she was not listening to what I was telling her. She was very rude the whole time. The driver called me back and came out. He was very polite. He got me started and on my way almost instantly. I wouldn't ever to have to deal with her again. The driver I would highly recommend.

Your service is great! We had a flat on M 24. The specialist reached us much faster than we anticipated. The gentleman was pleasant and changed our tire in all that traffic so quickly. And the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use E and L again if the need arises.

Cannot say enough positive things concerning E & L Service, Inc. Or recommend them more highly. We had to have our trusty 2003 Trailblazer towed and couldn’t have asked for better service or a better person that came to give that service. Not only was the service extremely prompt, caring, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled but Chad treated us and our Trailblazer as if we were his own good friends and the Trailblazer was his own valued vehicle. Top notch. Every time.

They were very quick in getting to me from Lapeer and I was in Flint. I only waited maybe 30 minutes. The driver was great, Chad had me laughing by the time we got to my mechanics shop in Deerfield, when I was crying when he got there. Will definitely use this company again!
