As always, excellent service. This time it was not for repairs; our vehicle was totaled in a three car crash. The driver was kind, sympathetic and explained what the process was. Our car was not drivable and the Bob kindly drove my husband home. By the time he left, we even took pictures together. Despite the stress of the accident, he calmed us and we enjoyed the interaction. Can't ask for any better service. The same is true for auto repairs @ E&L.

Drive ways there quickly to clear the car from the roadway so that traffic could start moving again. The only issue I have is that all the part they gathered from the road went in the back seat of my car. Why the parts couldn't have been placed in the rear of the car is beyond me. I hope there is no damage to the interior!
