Dispatcher is a bit of a douche but aside from that, they were decent. The tow truck driver was fairly quick to arrive and he wasted no time getting my car up onto flatbed and to its destination. He had a good attitude and made things simple. Price was reasonable I suppose. Appreciate their help regardless.
